BREAKFAST GREENS



This is a little sneak peak into what I would eat almost every morning for my breakfast. As you can see it consists of mostly fruits. I am not a nutritionist or anything but I feel like everyone should have some form of fruit or greens (veggies) in their daily diet, because fruits and veggies are a great way to strengthen the immune system, fight disease and boost your overall health. I also like to have waffles and syrup, just because I am obsessed with waffles. Then I like my tea plain with marshmallows. I usually don't have rice krispies but I just thought I should throw that in there.
