Workout Routine Update +30K Giveaway Winners + Waist Training


Hey guys, I wanted to do a quick update on my workout routine which I briefly talked about in this post here . I have been doing quite a good job in keeping up with it. Recently I have reduced my cardio workouts, and have been doing mostly waist workouts/training, because believe it or not, I am naturally a skinny girl but sadly, I am built like a brick i.e. no curves no nothing. So currently I am focusing on my waist area.

At first I was doing a lot of crunches and oblique workouts, but then I noticed my waist was increasing in size, which wasn't what I wanted so I did my research to find out what I had to do to stop this. I ended up switching up my routine. So in no particular order, I still do obliques & crunches but to a very minimum. I do cardio, pilates, squats, flutter kicks and a lot of indoor workouts which I will link videos to, at the end of the post. So if you are not a fan of going to the gym you can get the same results at home.

I used to be so against waist trainers or just anything that'll artificially reduce your waist size, but I decided to give it a shot. I bought the steel bone one (below | buy here) and the sport latex one (here), I've been waist training now, though not too consistently for about 2 months and have noticed results. I will go into more details on waist training in a later post . I also combine waist training with this workout by Tiffany Rothe (here) which I believe helps me get better results. It has completely erased the little muffin top I had.

DRINK LOTS AND LOTS OF WATER

I do weight lifting (50kg) and sometimes dead lifts 


I am still not where I want to be as far as my results so far, but I am okay with where I am. It's a new year and I definitely plan to push my self even harder till I am very happy with my results.
