How I Relax on the Weekends + Workout Routine


Hey guys! I hope you are having a good weekend so far. Mine is pretty good it's just getting colder and colder...ughhh

This is how I try to lounge inside and stay warm since I don't have a bae to keep me warm (yet)..lol

So the first thing I like to do after I wake up is to make my bed, can't think clearly with a messy bed. Then quickly I get on my computer to answer emails I wasn't able to get to during the week and try to plan my week/think of blog posts (haha I don't look excited doing that). This takes me about an hour to 3. 


 Next, I change into my workout outfit and try to get a lot of work out in, because I am so lazy throughout the week to do so. Lately I have been doing a lot of ab workouts because that is my problem area. I do a lot of oblique's and lower ab workouts which include planking, leg circles and toe dipping. I really just want to tone my stomach area, so those VS models can't intimidate me again...lol

 I have been watching a lot of workout videos on the tube to help me with that, let me know in the comments if you want me to share with you which ones I have been watching. FYI they are pretty hard core. I am hoping to see amazing results in about 2 months. Gosh now I can't slack in working out because I feel like I owe you guys the results.


Then I like to drink a lot of water, hydration is key to any fitness goal. Water helps detox and cleanse your body of any toxic materials, energizes your muscles, keep your skin looking on fleek and helps control calories.


Finally, I call up my mom, and some friends to catch up and get some laughs. Then I like to read inspirational books like this one I shared in an older post here...lol I am still reading it. I'm such a snail when it comes to reading. I love reading inspirational books it gets my mind right and helps me stay positive.
